hockey!!!!!

Yeah its only preseason but I must say there were four fights and a split head tonight, can I be honest I LOVE IT!! The more testosterone filled hockey fights the more I love it. We had amazing seats and could hear the players grunting and groaning as they bashed into the glass. Awesome. I went to the game with Allie and had a few beers and really chilled out and had a great time. She is fun and I loved it.

dinner before the game 30 bucks
three beers in plastic cups 18 dollars
blood on the ice.... priceless...
Yehaaw Im barbaric but these guys show up to fight, they love to fight and yes I love to watch them bash each others faces to bits on the ice.
Okay so I dont want bits of faces on the ice but a few punches here and there too cool.

Second commentary tonight is the HOCKEY MOM FROM ALASKA!!!
I wanted to like her really I did. I wanted to be excited for the prospect of another great woman in politics following Hillary..
But CHrist did it have to be a woman that says Gee whiz, Holy cow and Gosh darnit. Please I think she set the womans movement back twenty years with her winking and cutesy demeanor totally losing any credibility in front of women with an idea of equality, and turns any man with a penis into a heat seeking missile. Anyway I guess my opinion is now obvious. I was ready to vote for Mccain after the presidential debate but now I just cant. The thought of her in any decision making position, or possibly talking to more than the anticipatory American public makes me shiver. OK so she didnt totally cry or strip down to a bikini when Joe Biden shamed her with his working knowledge of politics but hey do we give points for just showing up and leaving the stage alive? I dont like her and she can go back to ALaska as soon as possible and take care of her whatever her next pet project might be.

  It has been 75 days. When I went to bed at night I would cry, every night.  My Mom would begin the process of "bedtime" at least 30 minutes before I actually had to go to my room.  She would give me the countdown. "Next commercial break"  "Ten more minutes"  "Go get your last drink of water" Some nights she would begin to doze and I would squeeze another 10 minutes until the dreaded bed time.  When I was in High School my best friend was Amy.  I don't remember how we met or where, but somehow we just clicked.  I believe it was probably on the patio where in the 1980's you could go outside and smoke cigarettes with your friends on free mods or breaks.  Yep those were the days.   We were in 10th grade which made us 15.  I smoked Parliament light 100's  with the recessed filters (IYKYK) and she smoked Benson and Hedges.  She was a cheerleader that was so far from the "cheerleader" type it would crack us up.  We wrote notes in those days, scraps of paper that we would purge our daily trials onto, fold in some triangular football shape and pass to one another in the hall.  We could fill a note throughout the day and then I would throw it into a box for the ages to find someday.  We were able to talk endlessly about music, people, boyfriends, animals, school, college, parents, divorce, siblings, hours of chat.  We al...

 Lets talk about graduation parties!  Should I order the chicken scampi or marsala for the chicken dish?  Cakes and cupcakes or cookies?  DJ or photo booth or both? So we decorate the cake with Wyoming Seminary as a graduate or Penn State as his college destination? No, we wont talk about that.  You know, the "drophimoffandleavehimtherepart" or the "Ihaveabsolutelynopurposewithouthiminmydailygrind" lets not forget "Whenyoufoughttoliveforthisboyandnowheisgoingwhylive?" OK OK I'm not going to end my life because Jack is leaving for college, but for christs sake what the fuck is my purpose now?  I am struggling, struggling with so many things right now.
