My daughter got that tattoo last week and I felt blessed then, I feel it today. I will feel it tomorrow when our new President takes his oath of office. I am not a politically savvy person, but I do know what feels hopeful, courageous and brings a nation together even if for one day. How would my Dad feel about a black president? It could have gone either way. I know how I feel. I feel a bubbling unity, a desire to calm the disenchanted, an air of pride. I am excited for tomorrow, I am excited for the day after too. I am attaching pics from our night out all together. I missed my sister in laws but I was happy to have, "My Boys" They will be 90 and still be my BOYS.
